North Star Neighbors on June 19th celebrated the start of construction on 4 new homes planned for Roseau.

Homes are planned to be 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, about 1,600 square feet with a double attached garage. The first two homes are expected to be complete this fall, with two more complete next spring.
