Breaking ground in East Grand Forks!

North Star Neighbors broke ground on June 19th on the first two of four new construction homes coming to East Grand Forks!

The first two homes will have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, around 1,700 square feet, with a double attached garage. Completion is expected this fall.

Plans for homes 3 and 4 will be determined based on interest.
